These are what we ordinarily think of  as neighborhoods except all of the above listed items (Corridors, Main Streets, Regional centers and others) are NOT part to the neighborhood.

Outer Neighborhoods(+51%)

Less dense neighborhoods in outlying areas. Also is except all of the above listed items (Corridors, Main Streets, Regional centers and others) are NOT part to the neighborhood.

Density increases are calculated using Metro's Recommended densities from METRO code 3.07.170 and starting densities from 1992, the latest available from METRO as of March 2002. However, they should accurately reflect densities before METRO's influence.
